Hotel is well located for city visits! Away from the hustle and bustle of Royal- and Bourbonstreet but still within walking distance. We had a room on the 30th floor with a nice view on the river.
Lobby is very busy and has little character just like the lobby bar. staff is not super friendly probably because of the crowds in the hotel.

The staff here were very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of during my 5-night stay, and I enjoyed dining at the lounge restaurant for dinner - having tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room was a bonus.
